The Peak Mind Story

Peak Mind was founded on the belief that academic success isn’t just about working harder—it’s about thinking clearer. Our foundation is built on over a decade of experience in high-level STEM mentorship and a proven track record of helping students across South Africa navigate the CAPS, IEB, and Cambridge curricula.

Our lead tutor and director, Yaroslav, matriculated from Cornwall Hill College with 4 distinctions and pursued a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Pretoria. It was during these years of intensive technical study that the Peak Mind philosophy was born: moving beyond simply “following steps” to mastering the logic behind them. Having personally mentored over a hundred learners and managed extensive student portfolios, this logic-first approach has been the key to ensuring consistent academic excellence for families nationwide.
